This is an evaluation to determine your return to work status. We can offer this service because our orthopedic surgeons are subspecialty trained in a variety of areas, including hand and upper extremity conditions, neck and back injuries, and hip and knee injuries, and foot and ankle care. Our orthopedic specialists will provide your case manager with the documentation that you need when you are ready to return to work.
