Dana Desser, DO is a Board-Certified and Fellowship Trained Orthopaedic Surgeon. Dr. Desser earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He served as Intern during his Medical Internship at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL. He completed a Preliminary Surgical Internship at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA.; and Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Memorial Hospital in York, PA. Dr. Desser performed a Fellowship in Adult Joint Reconstruction at the Union Memorial Hospital, Department of Orthopedics in Baltimore, MD.
Dr. Desser was selected as one of the honorary chairs for the 2012 Arthritis Walk. His research is published in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Desser has served as a national presenter.
In his spare time, Dr. Desser enjoys running, reading, golf, tennis, and almost all other sports activities.
